Why would my company want VoIP?
In today's communications environment, your business needs the ability to converge communications services. NeuVoice allows you to do this via IP communications. VoIP allows you to take full advantage of current technologies to lower costs and increase productivity.

Functionality of VoIP solutions:
There are many VoIP solutions and services in the marketplace today.  These solutions have the ability to provide low cost phone services and productivity enhancing features.  But how do most VoIP solutions work, and more importantly, what do NeuWorld's solutions offer?    In short, the NeuWorld solutions can provide many different services.  NeuWorld has two main solutions geared towards small businesses and enterprise businesses.  These solutions are the NeuVoice and NeuEnterprise solutions.  With these two solutions, NeuWorld provides an inexpensive and powerful phone service for small businesses, and a fully redundant nearly risk-free solution for enterprise customers.

VoIP functionality:
VoIP solutions function on high-speed broadband Internet networks.  To complete calls, these networks have to either be connected to each other, or connected into the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN), or a combination of both.   For NeuWorld, the NeuVoice solution is connected directly to the PSTN to ensure that dial-tone is achieved for all of our single business line customers.  For NeuEnterprise, we leverage the existing PBX network that these companies have to offer a true VoIP solution with redundant backups to the regular phone network to ensure that phone call quality is never compromised (a large concern of larger business customers).   Additionally, all of the NeuWorld solutions offer the same (or better) look and feel of traditional phone services.   Since NeuWorld offers a full line of quality IP telephones, and IP gateways, your phone will look and act just like it does today.   The IP phones that NeuWorld offers look and function just like your current phones, but the have added features.   If you don't want an IP phone, NeuWorld offers IP gateways that allow you to simply plug in your existing telephone, and no new phone is required.   Additionally, for enterprise customers, your existing PBX phones will still work and function the same, the only difference is in how the PBX completes its calls (in NeuWorld's case, over IP instead of the PSTN).
